Welcome to my Honors Senior ePortfolio! This portfolio represents my academic, personal, and creative journey throughout my undergraduate experience at Indiana University, Indianapolis. It brings together coursework, projects, and reflections that highlight my growth as a student within the Honors College.
Through this ePortfolio, I explore how my academic experiences have shaped my interests, values, and future goals, emphasizing intentional learning, interdisciplinary thinking, and personal development.
About me
I am Kiara Castillo Magallanes, a May 2026 IU Indianapolis Honors graduate with a major in Media Arts and Science at the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, where I specialized in Web Design and Development.
In addition to my undergraduate studies, I am enrolled in the Accelerated Master’s program in Human-Computer Interaction and am completing a Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction. These experiences have allowed me to explore the intersection of design, technology, and human-centered research while strengthening my critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Through my academic journey, I have developed a strong interest in UI/UX design, with a focus on accessibility, usability, and thoughtful interaction design. This Honors ePortfolio reflects my growth as a student and emerging designer, highlighting how my coursework, projects, and reflections have shaped my academic and professional goals.
