Welcome to Level Up Log! My name is Kiara Iran Castillo Magallanes, and I am a junior at IU Indianapolis studying in the School of Informatics and Computing. I am also a proud member of the Honors College, where I have the privilege of expanding my academic journey through engaging projects like this one.

This blog is a digital journal that chronicles my experiences in the Game Design Psychology: Theory and Prototyping course. Through this blog, I reflect on each of the course’s major projects and a paper, from reimagining classic games to developing original prototypes, while integrating key theories learned in class. The blog also highlights my creative process, teamwork experiences, and personal growth as I navigate the challenges and rewards of designing tabletop games.
